Ultimate™ Worksheets

Many organizations, especially in the Health and Pharmaceutical industries, have workflow procedures that go beyond merely printing labels. The traditional worksheet is a multi-page form detailing what has been printed on a label. It is printed out, and then the various fields on the form are manually filled in with the information relating to that print run – date and time, operator, responses to questions, etc. – as the labels themselves are printed. In addition, a copy of the printed label is physically affixed to the form. This process is obviously both tedious and error-prone. An automated version is both preferable and desirable.

The Ultimate™ Worksheets module allows you to:
  • Create Worksheets using a validated product with a secure password system
  • Create Worksheet templates that can be used for many products by linking to an Ultimate™ product database using either dBase IV or ODBC database types
  • Store and print production labels with a Worksheet and typically print the production labels to a thermal printer and the Worksheet to a laser printer
  • Electronically impose the “master production label” design, created in Ultimate™, onto the Worksheet template
  • Electronically impose a copy of the “printed production label” showing all database entries and keyboard entry responses
  • Approve Worksheets, labels and database records
  • Add electronic signatures to support the label approval process
  • Create and edit multiple page Worksheet templates in a single screen
  • Print "Patient Information Leaflets" from a single print request
  • Print multiple labels (supplementary) of different sizes from a single request
  • Generate an electronic audit trail of the whole process
  • Preview multiple page Worksheet templates and the production label prior to printing
  • Enables Worksheets (batch sheets) and labels to be printed from a single print request
