Client Relations Manager
Episys is seeking a manager to run its unique Client Relations function. The Client Relations team operates at the heart of the Episys business and is always the first point of contact with prospective clients. These first encounters will be the foundation to ultimately welcoming the enquirer as a client and developing the relationship. The Client Relations team continues to evolve this relationship through support, promotional activities and event organization.
This position will be based in Royston but some travel will be necessary to meet Episys clients and partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and prospects and will be able to motivate and work closely with other Episys departments to secure resources for planning of and following up on events. A background of telesales or customer services is desirable together with team leader experience.
