Client Service Desk Executive

The Client Service Desk provides support to clients across the world including North America, Europe and Australia. This role will involve validating reported issues, testing and the daily reporting of open incidents.
This person will be the key and focal point for delivering the unique brand of customer service that Episys provides and will enjoy ensuring that client issues are always professionally resolved.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator, motivated, organized, have an IT background and understand the importance of fulfilling the commitment you make to your clients and colleagues.
