Retail Enterprise Suite™: Multiple Users
This is a highly configurable set of shelf edge labeling software and promotional modules that can be configured to both leverage existing data available in a client environment along with data managed by the Retail Enterprise Suite™ modules. Through the suite of modules, retailers are able to drive content from a single source to all types of output media including paper, the World Wide Web, handheld mobile devices, electronic signs and plasma displays. This ensures the integrity of your promotional message and eliminates data redundancy.
The Suite consists of 6 groups of modules:
- Buyer's Workbench - designed to allow merchants to manage all aspects of sign creation from a single workbench. Through this feature, the buyer will be able to manage custom signs and automatic sign associations, to change product content and to preview events for sign proofing
- Sign Shop Users - create designs/templates and approve copy to be displayed on signage. Using Episys Design Studio, the user will manage and create sign templates and store groups and proof copy entered by the buyer
- Scheduling - enable automation of manual business processes which can be event driven. The use of business process automation means that data integrity is improved as human intervention is removed from the system. This allows staff to be redeployed in activities that generate revenue rather than cost overheads
- Content Delivery - consists of a set of modules to cater for different delivery mechanisms including Central Print Server, In-Store Print Servers, External Printer Artwork (pdf's) and Electronic Signage/Multimedia Servers
- Store - a suite of web-based in store signage software modules developed in Java for use on both workstations and mobile devices including Create-A-Sign, Request-A-Sign, Stock Management, Set-Up/Take Down, Shelf Edge Label Printing, Mobile Register, Price Check, Markdown and Dynamic Sign Builder
- Administration - allows an administrator to manage the core functions of the system including Store Grouping, Event Manager, Sign Schedule, Security, Reports and Configuration Manager
