Client Service Desk Manager

This person will be the key and focal point for delivering the unique brand of customer service that Episys will provide and will enjoy ensuring that client issues are always professionally resolved.

They will need to be highly client focused, motivated, organized and understand the importance of excellent client care.

Episys is a global company and the Client Service Desk provides support to clients across the world such as USA, Europe, South Africa, Asia and Australia.

This will be a challenging role and the successful candidate will have the responsibility for the management of the Client Service Desk and its colleagues. They will ensure that support is delivered to required Service Level Agreements, which will be a key part of the role as well as maintaining and evolving the processes and structure of the Client Service Desk environment . This role will also involve validating reported issues, testing and the daily reporting of open incidents.
