Immediate Impact™

There are many retailers, including small and specialty stores, who desire to have compelling, attractive, professional looking signage but without the overhead of an IT infrastructure that has to be installed and maintained.

Retail Enterprise Suite™: Immediate Impact™ from Episys provides these retailers with an easy-to-learn and easy-to-use solution that enables signs to be created and printed in minutes. The investment in the system is minimized by providing a pay mechanism so that users are only charged a monthly fee for using the system.

The Immediate Impact™ solution is a service whereby Episys hosts the solution and provides access via the Internet with retailers accessing the system through an online user interface. The system is very simple to use. The user searches for a product for which a sign is required. The user selects the product and the type of sign required. The sign is then ready to be previewed and/or printed. Further products can be selected and batches of signs can be created and printed according to stationery type.

The only equipment the retailer needs is a computer, web browser and a printer. Before using this equipment to print signs, the retailer needs to download from Immediate Impact™ a product information template to enter the store’s product data. Once this has been done and uploaded, the retailer is then able to create and/or print signs whenever required.

Immediate Impact™ offers generic templates in a variety of sizes to fit different sized fixtures and fittings. Episys services are also available to create custom templates that incorporate the client’s styles and logos.

The system provides many benefits:

• You can print shelf edge labels, shelf edge barkers, Euro tags, promotional signs, wall signs, non-product client information signs, etc. all with the one system
• Access to the system is easy and available 24-7, giving you the ability to print signage whenever it is needed; be it a batch of signs, a new sign, a replacement for a missing or damaged sign or a revised sign to react immediately to competition or other market situations
• You can create or change signs such as price, features, sales offer and print them in minutes
• Your signs can contain logos, images and photos as well as text to make them attractive and informative so they can act as a silent salesperson, thus letting the sign sell the product freeing the retailer to deal with another client 
• Attractive signage can open up what may have previously been dead areas of the store
• Replacing unattractive handwritten signs with professional looking signs reduces bartering and thus increases margin
• You have the opportunity to improve efficiency, reduce cost and ultimately uplift sales by making it easier for the client to make a buying decision at the point of purchase
• You can reduce if not eliminate the need to have signs printed externally which produces an order of magnitude saving on printing costs
• When larger signs that cannot be printed on your own printer are needed, you can indicate the size required and Immediate Impact™ will automatically batch them for external printing and they will then be sent to your store
