Global retail software co signs up first Aussie client

NSW garden centre Eden Gardens has become the first Australian retailer to implement Retail Enterprise Suite.

The Retail Enterprise Suite from UK-based Episys will allow Eden Gardens to create signage with product information, including product images and pricing, delivering a consistent message across the store. Once a template has been designed it can be used for as many products as required. This template based approach makes it easy to generate signage for special promotions, events and large price change promotions.
Caroline Lord, Marketing Manager, Eden Gardens said, she chose the system after having had previous experience with it while working in her previous role at The Co-operative Group in the UK.
Peter Lewis, Episys Marketing Director, said his company is passionate about customer satisfaction, and we’re delighted that our reputation for this has travelled to the other side of the world.
Eden Gardens is located in Sydney’s North Ryde. A unique and integrated horticultural centre combining Display Gardens, Café, Garden Centre, Art Gallery, conferencing & wedding facilities and an education centre, it is a destination for the gardening enthusiast and the general community alike.
